Sozo Center LLC is constructing a new senior living community located at 1400 O’Neal St, Gainesville, to be operated by Solvere Living.  This project on the former community hospital site involves ground up construction of a 73,000 sq ft Alzheimer's, Memory and iterative Senior Care community.  Design documents are in hand supporting resident independence and community connection by offering a variety of on-site recreational venues, activities, whole-person wellness programs and digital infrastructure available to co-labor with complementary community resources.  These programs lead residents to successful aging with a proactive focus on physical, intellectual, spiritual and social wellness, while inviting community collaboration.
